What is the estimated delivery time for my sofa?
Most of our sofas are handcrafted to order. Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your location and the specific model selected. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a premium White Glove Delivery service which includes bringing the sofa into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for a hassle-free experience.
Can I order fabric samples before purchasing?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering our free swatch kit to see and feel the fabrics in your own lighting before making a final decision. You can request up to five different swatches through our 'Order Swatches' page.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We want you to love your new sofa. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in its original condition.
Does my sofa come with a warranty?
Every MY SOFAS piece comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the internal frame and a 1-year limited warranty on cushions and upholstery fabrics against manufacturing defects.
